{"id":2649,"date":"2023-10-24T15:20:08","date_gmt":"2023-10-24T15:20:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fii-institute.org\/?post_type=press&#038;p=2649"},"modified":"2023-12-27T09:55:47","modified_gmt":"2023-12-27T09:55:47","slug":"fii-institute-announces-resolution-to-act-to-address-six-major-concerns-raised-during-global-research","status":"publish","type":"press","link":"https:\/\/fii-institute.org\/ar\/press\/fii-institute-announces-resolution-to-act-to-address-six-major-concerns-raised-during-global-research\/","title":{"rendered":"FII INSTITUTE ANNOUNCES RESOLUTION TO ACT TO ADDRESS SIX MAJOR CONCERNS RAISED DURING GLOBAL RESEARCH"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Riyadh, October 24, 2023<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The FII Institute, the global non-profit organization that brings people together to deliver actionable solutions to the world\u2019s most pressing challenges has announced a Resolution to tackle six of the top concerns identified during a major global survey of 50,000 people from 23 countries, highlighting increasing discontent across a range of issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year\u2019s FII PRIORITY Compass report identifies six key issues, common to communities across the world:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>65% are distressed about the cost of living and its impact on quality of life<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>55% are concerned about social inclusion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>53% are worried about climate change<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>49% are concerned about governance issues a\ufb00ecting society<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>44% consider healthcare a top priority<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>34% believe that technology is a top priority for humanity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In response to this, the FII resolves to promote quality education and digital literacy to enhance employability and inclusion, support transition to efficient and renewable energy and encourage equitable and inclusive healthcare through innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Institute will achieve this by reinforcing our collective thought leadership to better understand and address humanity\u2019s most pressing priorities, bring world leaders together to align on how to take tangible actions and identify and invest in cutting-edge solutions and locally-led initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the FII7 summit currently underway in Riyadh (24 -26 October) 6,000 leaders, investors, experts, academics and innovators are taking part in over 200 panels and discussions designed to tackle the big issues facing humanity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Richard Attias, CEO of Future Investment Initiative Institute said \u201cThese are troubling times for people across the world who face uncertainty on almost all fronts \u2013 from their finances to the future of the planet.
