Adam Jackson is predominantly a corporate, commercial lawyer with both management and legal experience in a full spectrum of transactions ranging from F1 motorsport, to establishing private equity funds and mutual funds, advising on capital raisings, structured finance, Islamic finance, mergers and acquisitions, NASDAQ reverse mergers, healthcare, hospitality, commercial property development, tech and start-ups, large scale productions and concerts, artist management and entertainment, asset protection, succession planning, debt restructuring and education.

Over the past 20 years, Adam has advised both Royal Family Members and High Level members of Government and HNWI’s on multiple transactions and projects including those with Morgan Stanley Bank, BlackRock Private Equity Group and Lloyd’s of London amongst others.
Adam graduated from Canterbury University Law School, New Zealand, in the year 2000.
