The Premium Residency Center was established in January 2019 by a resolution of the Council of Ministers. It is a government entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is responsible for organising and managing everything related to Premium Residency. It aims to contribute to the national economy by developing Premium Residency products to boost the Kingdom’s position as a global hub for attracting talents, investors, and entrepreneurs, while retaining them.
